College Bound Teens to Meet Live Online With Admissions Representatives at CollegeWeekLive UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN SYSTEM DAY Thursday September 23rd

Boston, MA (Vocus) September 13, 2010: CollegeWeekLive, provider of the world's largest college fairs and online admissions events, today announced CollegeWeekLive UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN SYSTEM DAY, a free online admissions event on Thursday September 23rd that makes it easy for high school students across the nation to connect live online with admissions representatives from any of eight University of Wisconsin schools, one of the largest public university systems in the country.

Participating colleges will be presenting as part of the event agenda at CollegeWeekLive.com. Attendees can interact live with students currently enrolled at campuses across the University of Wisconsin System and can watch live keynote presentations from speakers such as Mary Vilmo, Interim Director of the University of Wisconsin Higher Education Location Program (HELP) and Connie Hutchison, Executive Secretary of the State of Wisconsin Higher Educational Aids Board, addressing topics such as "What state aid is available, and how to apply for it" and "College Goal Wisconsin."

The Wisconsin Covenant, a program created by Wisconsin Governor Jim Doyle to inspire young people to plan for success in higher education, is encouraging students to attend the event. "CollegeWeekLive UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN SYSTEM DAY provides our students with an opportunity to explore in-state public higher education from the convenience of any computer," said Shannon Loredo, Director of the Office of the Wisconsin Covenant. The event will be promoted to CollegeWeekLive registrants and to guidance counselors in Wisconsin and surrounding states.
