How do I search for a college or university?

Click on the Colleges & Universities tab to find participating schools. You can also type the school name into the search box at the upper right-hand side of the page.

How do I chat with an admissions representative?
A
On the home page you'll see a list on the upper left-hand side of the page showing which universities are live chatting today. Click on the university's logo and a chat box will show up where you can type in your question.

How do I know when a university is chatting?
A
On the home page, you'll see a list of individual chat sessions that are taking place. You'll also see which online college fairs are taking place and which universities are participating in the event.

How do I watch an expert presentation?
A
Scroll down on the home page to the section called "Watch presentations". Click on "play" to watch the presentation you'd like to watch. You can also click on the “Expert Presentations” tab in the top navigation of the site to bring up the full list of expert presentations.

How do I enter to win the CollegeWeekLive scholarship?
A
By logging into CollegeWeekLive, you are already on your way to winning. Simply visit 3 schools that you're interested in to complete your entry. After you visit the three colleges, you will automatically be entered to win and hopefully have found the college you want to go to!

The winner will be notified by email approximately 1-2 weeks after the scholarship deadline has passed. For example, the February scholarship winner will be notified by March 15.

How do I find information on a participating university’s scholarships?

Scroll down on the home page to the section called "Explore participating schools". Click on a university name to visit their profile page. Once you're there you can read more about the school, join any live chat sessions, and learn more about the university's scholarships.

How do I update my profile?

Click on your My Profile link in the top right hand corner and choose Edit Profile. You can edit all of your registration information. If you would like to edit your password, please click here.

Why should I update my profile?

Completing your profile tells us more about your interests so that we can make the best university recommendations to you.

You can also "favorite" particular colleges or universities so that you receive updates about their upcoming events, chat sessions, and more.

How do I delete my account?
